Breaking!

A positive link between Saddam Hussein and al Qaeda may finally have been documented. It appears that the link could have been one Richard Bruce Cheney.

    A potentially subtle but effective form of protest: place your liberty bell ("no lick") stamps on upside down. In the same sense of an upside down flag signaling trouble, this could send a message as they say (presuming anyone noticed). At least one danger is for it to be said to 'mean' multiple things....and how it might be countered and rendered ineffective. So that specific message at least would have to get out. Also, some way to accurately tally and communicate the current Inverted Statistics would be needed. Resolved: inverted stamp placement signals a vote for, and only for, the prosecution of any and all responsible for torture and the subversion of the constitution -- the proverbial enemies within.

    Let's see, how to get an ongoing count...via FOIA request to the USPO? Possibly sequential (weekly?)?


    Or, could move placement to lower left (and really screw up automated processing)
