Anonymous (if that is truly even your real name): a constitution codifies the fundamental powers delegated by a sovereign people to their government, and defines the relationship of that government to the governed. So, of course I wouldn't try to run a shoe store using the California Constitution any sooner than I would try to run the State of California using QuickBooks Pro.
ReplyDeleteSure there are many contributors to the looming potential collapse of California state government. But it is my opinion that the Smirking Asshole played about the same role in creating that problem as the Singularity played in the Big Bang.
